Admissions: Primary

When you apply to our Primary program you will:

  • Take an admissions tour
  • Submit an application
  • Request your student’s school records and a student evaluation
  • Arrange a shadow visit and assessment for your student

Let’s get started!

1. Admissions Tour
Submit an inquiry or give us a call (707-763-9222) to schedule an admissions tour. You will experience the life and culture of our unique school, get an overview of our curriculum and philosophy, meet teachers, and tour the campus and classrooms. You’ll also receive a complete packet of information, including program overviews and admissions forms. The tour is for adults only.

2. Application
Once you have attended a tour, complete an application (paper forms are available on request). The application gives us basic information about your student and is an opportunity for you to describe in your own words the kind of educational experiences you value. The application fee is $80 per applicant.

3. Student Records and Evaluation Request
If your child has previous school experience, please ask your child’s current teacher to complete and mail or email a Confidential Student Evaluation directly to:

The Spring Hill School—Admissions
825 Middlefield Drive “A”
Petaluma, CA, 94952

4. Student Assessment
If space is available we will schedule an assessment for your child. This short assessment of approximately 20 minutes is designed to engage your child in activities to assess their readiness for Spring Hill’s program. You do not need to prepare your child for this assessment and it will not be stressful!

If space is not currently available, we will keep your application on file and contact you if a space opens.
