FAQ:

When should I apply for admission?

Following the 10-month school year calendar, we do the bulk of our decisions in the winter. In February, our current families are issued re-enrollment contracts for the next school year. Once we have received the contracts, we will know how many spaces we have available. At the beginning of March, we will then look at the applications we have received and issue contracts to new students on March 15th, 2024 to fill our remaining spaces. We do continue to accept applications on a rolling basis in the event that space is still available for the upcoming year. If we are full and space becomes available, we will then go to our active wait list.

How are applications prioritized for admission?

We give priority to siblings of currently enrolled students. Otherwise, we review and process applications based on best fit for our school, individual classrooms, and the student.

Is there a wait list?

We often have a wait pool for admissions, but since we accept applications on a rolling basis, the situation is continually in flux. We will let you know the status of the wait pool to the program to which you’re applying.

How do I get an application?

First please fill out an inquiry form and review the instructions for the appropriate program. You can then complete an online application form.

One of your campuses is located at the United Church of Christ, are you a religious school?

No. The Spring Hill School has no religious affiliation whatsoever. The Church is our landlord, and has been a wonderful partner for the many years we have shared their property. Our Main Campus (3rd-8th) also has a church. We purchased the property from a church and the main building is slated for renovation.

Do you offer tuition assistance?

Yes. Currently approximately 18% of Spring Hill School students receive some level of tuition assistance. Learn more.
