Our Commitment to Diversity: At Spring Hill we believe that diversity is foundational to academic and professional excellence and embrace it as a core value. Our faculty and staff have roots in cultures across the world and speak many languages; we believe that this cultural and linguistic diversity is one of our greatest strengths as an educational institution. At Spring Hill we know that we think, learn, and work in more meaningful and impactful ways when our community reflects many facets of diversity, including (but not limited to) gender, race, ethnicity, religion, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, age, ability, and learning style. We embrace cultural differences and diversity to create an inclusive, joyful, and inspiring learning community as we work to make sure that each of our community members feels seen, heard, valued, and respected.
